My car had a bad transmission, called Jon and he had someone pick it up. He gave me options and each time i called he would give me updates. Jon fixed my transmission and my car is back on the road. i enjoyed working with him and he was very friendly even when i met him for the first time at the garage it was like meeting someone i had known for a very long time.

Wanted a 2nd opinion, since I’m anal. Figured my transmission was slipping. John was super friendly, and the owner I forgot her name. Even test drove with me, she explained very thoroughly what and why I was feeling what I was. Nothing was wrong, she explained if she wanted my money- they could have easily lied, but told me not to worry, nothing is wrong. Don’t go taking it to a dealer who will then charge you to make that labor money. She is right though. I am very anal, but again I wanted a 2nd opinion. I loved how patient and kind their business is.

Had it towed in for a broken Shift Linkage, was there for about 3 days and picked it up. Got in my car and my middle console lid was broken and now won’t shut. My car now will get stuck and won’t go into park and the shifter knob will just slide right off (didn’t do this before) and you have to take it off to put the car in park from time to time. I appreciate them fixing the big problem which I know it’s not an easy fix but paying money then to have things broke in your car is not acceptable. I will be returning to have these things fixed that weren’t broke before the car was there.

My car was leaking transmission fluid, Jon was kind enough to take a look in the parking lot and find the problem. New filter was ordered and installed within 24 hours and at an absolutely reasonable cost. Will be going to them with any future transmission needs.

They did an amazing job repairing my transmission including a steel parts to replace a aluminum parts. The price was fair. The people were friendly and answer all my questions.
