I have to commend the entire staff of Mr. Transmission and in particular, John. I took my Nissan Rogue in to have a complete transmission replacement as well as some other repairs and John was extremely thorough and patient when answering my questions and concerns. They were quick and provided me with routine updates on what process of the repair they were on. Prices were reasonable and a lot cheaper than what was quoted at the dealership for the same repairs. I couldn’t have asked for a better or more convenient experience. Thanks again.

This is the place to go for transmission work in Florence. I've used this shop many times. They are fair and reputable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Susan and John were so good to work with. I lost my transmission on the road to Louisville and had it towed here. They were both very communicative, offered a great price, and went out of their way to help me. The guys in the shop were also great when I met them briefly, answering all my questions and keeping me in the loop. My truck runs like new thanks to them. I hope I don’t have a need for another transmission repair anytime soon but if I do, I know who to call. Thanks again.
