Staff was very friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable. When I got in my vehicle and started it I noticed my brake light and abs light were on. I know these lights were not on when I dropped the vehicle off. When i applied the brakes the pedal went to the floor. I drove the vehicle to a shop in crittenden and noticed that I had a broken brake line on the right side which was spraying out onto my exhaust. I also had 2 greasy hand prints on the drivers side hood of my truck which were not there when I dropped the vehicle off . While I don’t expect to know that a brake line was broken I would surely expect them to see the warning lights on the dash and surely expected them to wipe grease off of the vehicles they work on

Susan and her experts rebuilt the transmission in my E350 that had a chronic problem several other experts including a" Ford Dealership "could not solve and were able to fix the problem. They firmly stand behind any repairs they do. I took my Motorhome there originally because of their reputation and recommendation from friends. Her crew can handle whatever the problem is. I would not take a Transmission to anyone else.

I was very skeptical about where to take my car for transmission work. After researching other reviews I decided that Mr. Transmission was the place. After meeting and working with John I felt more than comfortable investing my money with this business. John is very personable, knowledgeable and reassuring. He alone made my experience worth it. They were able to get me in and out in 5 days and he kept me updated along the way. From a military guy thats seen my fair share of jokers who just take your money, I can't say enough good things about , Susan and the team. Awesome experience.

Susan and John are absolutely amazing! We had the transmission replaced in our car and they were more than $2k cheaper than other repair shops in the area. Absolutely recommend them to anyone!
