We needed service on (2) of our cars and Susan listened to our requests with full attention to our needs. Our Acura was first and cured a slight problem, then my police cruiser got serviced. They got both done quick even though they were extremely busy which got my wife back to work in her car and kept my police cruiser from being out of service too long. I use my cruiser nightly and they were very responsive to that need. We have (2) other cars that should be serviced and guess who will do it? Thank you Susan and the men at Mr. Transmission. Great down home people.

I worked with Jon & Susan and they were equally kind, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. Diagnosis was made quickly and a plan for repair was underway in minutes. There were no surprises after the job was finished. I paid the price I was quoted and received my vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time. My hope is that I never need to have major mechanical work on my car again, but if I do I will be returning to Mr. Transmission (on Industrial)!
