We took our car in, we thought we had a transmission problem, they ran a diagnostic test, found out we didn't have a transmission issue. Basically there was nothing that needed to be fixed, we appreciate the honesty, most places would have said something needed to be done to make money off of us. Susan was very kind, she kept us updated as to the status of the service, no charge for the test, she stayed over on the holiday weekend to make sure we were getting our car back with no potential problems. Would definetly recommend Mr. Transmission.

They were amazing to work with staff was very friendly and very informative. I have a 3rd party warranty that they were able to work with and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend them.

This is a top notch place to take your vehicle for the simple fact that they treat you like a human being. The owner and mechanics are informative and a pleasure to speak with. They are usually busy and you may have to wait a minute but to me that’s good news because apparently other people trust them too. They take their time to do things right and they don’t screw you in the pocket either. A fair place to go that does a great job with great customer service. That’s hard to find these days but this place has it.

My son attends NKU University in Kentucky and I live in Chicago as his parent. I found such comforting service representatives that made me feel okay that my sons car would be fixed correctly and that I would not be taken advantage of because I couldn’t be present in the same state while the is being worked on. We received excellent service on my sons car in having the car Transmission Rebuilt. I appreciated the consultation concerning the process needed to fix my sons car and the pricing to fix everything. This office assisted my son with getting his car towed to the shop. My sons car was worked on and completed within the 4 days scheduled. We spoke to Susan and John who were patient by answering all our questions. I definitely recommend this location to anyone requiring service on their car. Excellent customer service.
