Yes they are very professional and polite. AND when I went to get my freon refilled I was amazed they clean my engine and all the stuff under the hood. Great place to go to if you need your transmission worked on. And they are very patient and understanding when. They understand that your car repair is a emotional financial decision and takes that into consideration. I would recommend them to everyone.

CONSUMER BEWARE! I unfortunately delt with there personal problems being the reason they didn't get to my car for 2 days Third day I spoke to John who admitted to price gouging because he's dealing with a warranty company picked up car 3 days later had 372 bill and same noise called warranty company and was told should be 100. Called John back and was told he would straighten it out and call me back 3 days ago ..... Bad business.

We had a severe transmission oil leak while a vacation. They got us in quickly even though they were very busy. We were back on the road the next day after the parts came in. Very friendly and honest staff. I highly recommend Mr. Transmission
