The team checked out my transmission error code and inspected the transmission performance and found no errors.. so they reset the code and didn't charge me anything.. so I will be taking my car back up there again if any other lights come on.. thank you so much Mr Transmission

We towed our van to this location to get a second opinion on the status of our transmission. They scanned the van and tried adding transmission fluid to make sure that it was a faulty transmission. It turned out the transmission did need to be replaced but the vehicle had too many miles for us to do that. The shop did not charge us anything for that service and were very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place is amazing! I have used them 2 times so far, and every time I have left happy. I have had multiple problems with my transmission on a Jeep I have owned, all of which started happening after 100,000 miles, one of which even left me stranded out out the state I currently lived in. This was not a fun time for me, but they made it easy, even from 300 miles away when I made it back home. The first time, my jeep was essentially dead in the water, being unable to be driven. The second time was not too much different. Both times, they were able to see me and fix the issues months faster than any dealership would take to even look at my vehicle, let alone order the parts and fix the issues. The second visit they also found a secondary issue on top of the initial problem, and kept me in the loop and even offered different solutions at different price points to help me get back on the road as fast as humanly possible. Both times, everyone throughout the entire process were incredibly kind, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. From my experience, they made being stranded a lot less stressful and helped me to feel a lot less helpless. I will continue to go here anytime my transmission (or any similar problem) leaves me immobilized and urge you to do the same.

Subaru transmission on my 2013 outback conked out at 200k. New one from Subaru was not cheap but the guys here had me back out on the road in a week! Recommend for sure.

Professional; Courteous and Honest, qualities not often found today.

I had my transmission go out of my truck and called them up and they came to my house and towed my truck to the shop. They didn’t charge me for the tow. Had my truck back to me with in a week. And was less than the estimate that I was given. They went above and beyond for me.

They answered most all my questions over the phone. John was courteous. They just way to expensive for me. If you don't buy a new transmission from them, you just out of luck!
