Brian was amazing ! He kept me updated on everything he had done that would cost me. He had my car back and running within a WEEK ! a week. I am amazed. They will definitely have me back when needed. 1000000 stars If I could.

Not happy with the cost and had to send my truck to the shop multiple times for the issues to be fixed.

I don’t like having car trouble but when I do, I know I’m in good hands with the folks at Mr. Transmission. They are ALWAYS the first place I call. Brian and Susan are honest and helpful and if they aren’t able to do the work needed they send me in the right direction.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The best repair shop in Florence by far!

I have a Highlander it had a shifting issues so I took it to a place in Lexington called "Automotive shellers" they charged me $100 for check up and end up saying I needed​ a new transmission. I wasn't convinced so I found Mr Transmission on Google. They checked it for free and found out it was only knock sensors needing to be replaced. I couldn't come during business hour so I dropped off my car and put the keys in the key box and when they finish they put the key in the glove box in the car so I can pick it up later . Everything was on the phone they never saw me. Thank you Mr. Transmission!

awsome place to take your car for transmisson work they are the nicest people,they drove me to to gil to get a rental car it was where they recommend to go for one very cheap/

After checking out three transmission shops on-line and speaking with them on the phone, (including Mr. transmission) we came to visit the shop in person. Brian was super friendly and helpful and even showed us around the shop. All work was completed in a very timely manner and done to our complete satisfaction. The price was very competitive, too! My husband & I have no problems recommending them to anybody at any time! He even took a business card to put on the bulletin board at work - which is a first for him!

Mr transmission is always my first call when I have car issues. If he can't fix the problem he always sends me to the best person who I can trust. He's always above and beyond what I expect
