Great experience with this shop! Long story short. I had a dummy light come on indicating an overheating transmission. I took the truck in, (2006 Mitsubishi Raider), and they performed a diagnostic of the issue. It turned out that the issue is related to the vehicle computer and it is sending a false signal. This was something that they were unable to address because they couldn't program the new ECM with the security codes. They recommended a shop close that is able to do the work and when I asked how much I was told zero! That just isn't done these days! They spent time end energy doing the diagnostic work, gave me the code that they came up with, apologized that they couldn't fix the issue, and charged me nothing! These are honest people and I will definitely go there for any other transmission problems!

Don’t hesitate to get transmission help from this family owned business….they went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly and the work done was as professional as it gets. Thanks again to Susan and Jon they are vehicle angles to me.

Absolutely the best costumer service that I have ever had with any auto shop that I have dealt with. John was super nice and explain everything to me in detail and if I didn't know what he was talking about he took the time to make sure I understood what he was saying. As far as the work that was done (complete rebuild on the transmission) was just as good. My car runs just as good if not better than it did before the transmission went out. The guys kept the car clean on the inside and out. Everything was put back on under the car and under the hood just like it was before I took the car into them. I would definitely be using them again for any and all transmission repairs that I may need in the future. Thank you Mr. Transmission for making me feel like a valued costumer and not like just another number.😁
