Perfect Customer Service over the phone and also in person. The convience of having the vechile fixed in one day made me not want to price check their competitors. The only reason I hestiate to give 5 stars is it was pricey and I just had it picked up today. I will gladly comeback and give a 5th star, if I am able to callback 3 months from now and receive the same level of service.

I was visiting from out of town when my car's transmission fuel switch went out and needed to be replaced. Mr Transmission saved the day when I showed up in the morning and they were able to fit me in for same-day service so I could get back on the road home. The price was very reasonable too. The only reason I am not rating 5 stars is I found a small scratch on my drivers side door that materialized between when I dropped my car off and picked it up. Overall, I would definitely recommend them!
